GAA

GAA in our school has gone from strength to strength over the past couple of years. Our children have been very lucky to get weekly training from Stephen O'Farrell GPO-games promotion officer. It has allowed the children to develop their skills from a young age and they have really enjoyed the sessions. The senior girls have participated in the Gaelic Football league and the Cumann na mbunscoil camoige championship.

Our Camoige team won the Cumann na mBunsoil final in May 2024. 

It was a fantastic occasion and a huge congratulations to the girls, their teachers and their coaches Mr Burke and Mr O Keeffe. A special thanks to Stephen and dicksboro GAA club. It was a wonderful evening in Jame's park and great sporting memories were made!
